M C Kuchhal served for about four decades as the faculty member of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is also the author of renowned books like Secretarial Practice and Mercantile Law published by Vikas.Dr Deepa Prakash is a faculty member of Mahatma Gandhi University´s Off-Campus Centre at Dubai (UAE).
